- Generate sexually explicit, violent, or graphic content.
- Infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Engage in fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with our moderation systems or content filters.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse our software or infrastructure.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at our sole discretion if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Content Moderation
All content generated through the Service is subject to moderation. We employ automated and manual review processes to prevent misuse. However, you acknowledge:
- We do not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be caught immediately.
- We reserve the right to remove or block any content, suspend accounts, and take other appropriate actions without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including but not limited to software, logos, designs, and content (excluding user-generated content), is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You retain rights to any original content you input, but by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your input/output solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
6. No Warranty
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service or generated content.
We make no guarantees regarding the suitability or legality of generated content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or misuse of the Service.
- Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
- In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remade, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your use or misuse of the Service.
- Any content you generate, upload, or share.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You misuse the Service or harm other users.
- We deem it necessary to protect our platform or others.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify users of material changes via email or on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
