Terms of Service

Welcome to remade.ai (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. Remade is a service provided by Pheat, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

Using the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate remade.ai, a Remade employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm remade.ai or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

User Conduct and Responsibility

  • Community Respect: Treat fellow users, staff, and everyone else with kindness and respect. Do not use or generate images or text prompts that are demeaning, hostile, or confrontational. We are dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment and will not tolerate any form of violence or harassment.
  • Content Restrictions: Generating content that features adult themes, gore, or any other visually disturbing or shocking imagery is prohibited. For the protection of our community, certain text inputs or image outputs may be automatically blocked or flagged.
  • Respectful Sharing: Respect the creativity of others. Do not redistribute or share another user's creations without obtaining their explicit consent.
  • Consequences of Breach: The Site prioritizes the safety and respect of its community. Any breach of these rules may result in a temporary or permanent ban from our services without entitling the user to a refund.
  • Credits Usage: Use credits and subscriptions fairly and as intended. Do not attempt to circumvent any restrictions placed on credit or subscription usage, duplicate credits, or engage in activities that could be considered credit or subscription fraud.

Images Uploaded

By uploading any image to the Site, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to such image or have obtained all necessary permissions to upload and use the image on the Site. You agree that you will not upload any images that involve nudity or children. We reserve the right to remove any image that we determine to be in violation of this policy.

Eligibility

Due to the unpredictable nature of profile picture generation results, you should be at least of the age of the legal majority to use the Site, as applicable to you.

Credits and Refunds

All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that they are non-refundable for any reason, whether used or unused.

Subscription Plans

Remade offers subscription plans that enable additional features or increase usage limits for our users. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the monthly or yearly billing cycle as described at the time of purchase. All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the user. It's the user's responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription if they no longer wish to be billed. Refunds for subscription plans are not offered unless otherwise specified by Remade.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Site or any information or goods that are available or advertised or sold through the Site.

Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, with or without notice and with or without cause.

Upon termination or suspension of your access to the Site, any unused credits will not be refunded. Similarly, for subscription-based users, the remaining duration of the subscription will not be refunded unless otherwise specified by Remade.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we'll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the Site or through other communications. It’s important that you review the Terms whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the Site after we have posted modified Terms on the Site, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by the modified Terms, then you may not use the Site anymore.
